Somewhat Frail
Lance of Elemental Earth - note that special attacks have slightly different syntax to use than other attacks. In this case- "perform special attack of lance of elemental earth"
To see your rating, use "show special attack rating with lance of elemental earth"

Unsure about the veracity of the above. I had no trouble using the lance attack in Shatterspire and other underground or civilized places.
This does *not* use telesmatic weapon, or evocation, or anything else you'd normally expect such a thing to use. it does use a lot of geoturgy, though...

Blast of Earthfury - Faster than lance of elemental earth, with approximately the same combat ratings. Does earthfury (earth/chaos) damage.
