Axa grants her Justicars the ability to call on her power through prayer. The effects that Axa is willing to grant are designed to further her goals and come in the form of powerful attacks against her enemies or abilities that enable Justicars to do so themselves by keeping them alive longer or enhancing their abilities. Performing a prayer is a complex process that requires more time and effort than an invocation. Calling on Axa's power in this manner requires the Justicar to expend goetic energy. Goetic energy can be fully restored by praying to Axa at the chapel in the Ivory Tower.
The prayers that are commonly known to the Justicars are divided into attack, healing, and utility abilities. As each Justicar will draw on their own experience in the performance of a prayer, these abilties require skill in massive blow, athleticism, and smithing respectively. All prayers also require the Justicar to possess some measure of piety as well as knowledge of both theurgy and law.
Prayers are a form of spellcasting, and require use of the cast command.
The syntax for casting prayers is 'cast <spell name> [on <target> | with <component> | without <spell step> | <extra arguments>]'.
Each prayer has its own help file accessed by typing 'help <prayer name>'. Any prayer-specific syntax will be listed here, as well as your current perfection. A variety of factors may affect this during casting, such as attempts to skip steps. Further, fumbling individual steps can cause prayers to fail despite an otherwise high perfection.

The bolt of order is the first of these attacks and is useful when physical attacks are ineffectual, although it is only composed of order energy.
Flurry of Blades
Summary: attack Syntax: invoke flurry of blades upon <target> Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, evocation, and bellerophrasty 3) raising the shield Type: Gesture Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: law (moderate), massive blow (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) manifesting the blades Type: Passive Event Importance: major Difficulty: easy Skills: massive blow This orison summons several ethereal blades to attack a single foe. The attack is stronger than an order strike and offers more damage types to better combat order-resistant enemies.
Deliver Judgment
Summary: attack Syntax: invoke deliver judgment Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, evocation, and bellerophrasty 3) raising the shield Type: Gesture Importance: major, optional Difficulty: hard Skills: law (moderate), massive blow (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) calling down judgment Type: Passive Event Importance: major Difficulty: hard Skills: massive blow The most devout Justicars are granted the ability to call down Axa's judgment on her enemies. This orison is a devastating area attack that will deal massive damage to all enemies in the area.

An ordained bladestorm will strike all of the Justicar's enemies without any danger of harming allies.
Healing Orisons
Consecrate Area
Summary: consecration Syntax: invoke consecrate area Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and ergiphrasty 3) raising the shield Type: Gesture Importance: minor, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: athleticism (moderate), law (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) channeling energy Type: Passive Event Importance: greater Difficulty: easy Skills: athleticism Chaos spreads across the realms as a fire spreads across a field, leaving in its wake blasted and twisted mockeries of the Order it consumes. In the war for perfect order, the Lawbringer demands that these malformations cease. She has granted the Justicars the ability to consecrate an area in her name. This will create an ordered surrounding to banish the chaos that was present before. Axa will also illuminate your surroundings to help you fight the chaotic hordes.
Body Reconstruction
Summary: self-healing Syntax: invoke body reconstruction Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and althexiphrasty 3) performing the calculations of recompense Type: Thought Importance: minor, optional Difficulty: moderate Skills: concentration and law 4) the docketing of the restitution Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and althexiphrasty 5) submitting the desiderium Type: Thought Importance: major Difficulty: easy Skills: concentration and athleticism 6) the issuance of the restitution Type: Praxis Importance: major Difficulty: easy Skills: eideturgy, enchantment, and althexiphrasty Body reconstruction calls on Axa's power to channel ordered energies through the invoker to restore the body to its natural state. This can heal wounds and, at higher levels of perfection, restore limbs.
Costs 25 goetic energy and 10 order energy as of change 7471. It does respect the mending timer, but there isn't any special messaging; you just won't be healed if it's been less than 60 seconds since the last time you were mended.
125 athleticism and no orison yet, must require other skills as well --Win 14:08, 22 February 2018 (EST)
Now seems to require 80 goetic investiture (79 wasn't enough), plus probably some combination of law (112 for me) , theurgy (70 for me), and athleticism (102 for me).
Cleanse Impurity
Summary: cure afflictions Syntax: invoke cleanse impurity upon <target> Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and althexiphrasty 3) establishing the connection Type: Gesture Importance: major, optional Difficulty: moderate Skills: athleticism (moderate), law (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) channeling energy Type: Passive Event Importance: major Difficulty: moderate Skills: athleticism Poison and disease are an aberration of the natural order. Through orison, a Justicar can remove these corruptions and restore an individual to health.
Costs 15 goetic energy. Also assists with removal of cursed items
Eternal Law
Summary: self resurrection Syntax: invoke eternal law Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and aretophrasty 3) believing in law Type: Thought Importance: major, optional Difficulty: hard Skills: athleticism (moderate), law (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) storing energy Type: Passive Event Importance: major Difficulty: hard Skills: athleticism If a Justicar were to fall in battle, Axa's influence would be weakened. While it is not possible to prevent this entirely, Axa grants this orison to her strongest warriors to mitigate the possibility. While active, eternal law will prevent a Justicar's death and grant a temporary boost to combat ability to ensure victory.
Utility Orisons
Discern Truth
Summary: identification Syntax: invoke discern truth upon <target> Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, divination, and nymophrasty 3) concentrating on the identity Type: Thought Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: law (moderate), smithing (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) discerning the truth Type: Passive Event Importance: major Difficulty: very easy Skills: smithing This prayer allows the caster to learn about the target. This includes both its identity and any potential chaotic nature it may be hiding. The amount of knowledge gained increases with the skill of the caster.
Similar effect to a lens of insight, though it might take more than one cast to identify everything.
Locate Chaos
Summary: scrying Syntax: invoke locate chaos using the chaotic nature of <target> as a focus Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, divination, and aisthophrasty 3) searching for chaotic influence Type: Passive Event Importance: major Difficulty: easy Skills: law (moderate), smithing (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) visualizing the location Type: Thought Importance: major Difficulty: easy Skills: smithing Through the use of this prayer, the Justicar can call on Axa's power to find those with a chaotic nature. This ability is easier to use the more skill the Justicar has and the more chaotic the target. Once located, orienteering may be required for the Justicar to determine the location of the revealed area.
Target must have some degree of chaos otherwise caster is afforded a view of the degenerate abomination that is Exoma, sending their mind reeling in revulsion.
Create Echelon Armour
Summary: create/upgrade armour Syntax: invoke create echelon armour in the form of a/an <armour type> invoke create echelon armour upon <target> Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and hylophrasty 3) visualizing the form Type: Thought Importance: major Difficulty: moderate Skills: law (moderate), smithing (moderate), goetic investiture (small), and theurgy (small) 4) shaping the armour Type: Gesture Importance: major Difficulty: moderate Skills: smithing This prayer has two distinct uses. Cast without a target, it can create a temporary piece of armour that, while powerful, costs energy to maintain. Alternatively, a piece of strata armour can be permanently upgraded to echelon armour. It can also be cast targeting a created piece to dismiss it. The types of armour that you can create with this prayer are as follows: tailsheath, wingsheath, left gauntlet, bodysuit, right boot, helm, left boot, right gauntlet, greave, bracer, breastplate, halfsuit, full suit, and tailed halfsuit.
Knowledge of this prayer unlocked with smithing 105, theurgy 127, law 128, goetic investiture 74. That's enough for 9% perfection...
Every piece upgraded from strata seems to add 5 points to strength, hardiness and chaos resistance. Thus far seems to resize strata to fit caster. Unknown if there is a range limit on resizing.
Ordained Weapon
Summary: enhance weapon Syntax: invoke ordained weapon upon <target> Steps: 1) intoning the litany Type: Speech Importance: lesser, optional Difficulty: very easy Skills: Caladan (dominant) and vocalization (small) 2) the regard of the Lawgiver Type: Praxis Importance: major, optional Difficulty: easy Skills: theurgy, enchantment, and hylophrasty 3) focusing energy Type: Passive Event Importance: major, optional Difficulty: hard Skills: law (moderate), smithing (moderate), goetic investiture (tiny), and theurgy (tiny) 4) shaping the energy Type: Gesture Importance: major Difficulty: hard Skills: goetic investiture, law, smithing, and theurgy With this orison, any weapon can be made lighter and more suited for use by a Justicar. While this orison cannot be used on the Shield of Axa or chaotic weapons, it is capable of turning mundane weapons into powerful artifacts.
Seems to unlock with 125 Smithing, plus some amount of Theurgy/Law/Goetic Investiture. It also makes your weapon do pure order-based discharges. Also improves weapon performance in attack and deflection ratings. Further quirks unknown.
30 min delay on this, why is unclear. Very weird.
Unlocking Requirements
The main skills for unlocking Justicar Orisons are Theurgy and Goetic Investiture. To unlock the 2nd tier, you'll need a combined 150 in these two skills. For the 3rd and 4th tiers you'll need a combined 200 and 250 respectively.
Each category of Orison also has an extra skill specifically for that category (Massive Blow, Athleticism and Smithing). These skills need to be at least 60/100/125 to unlock tier 2/3/4 in their respective categories.
So, for example, to unlock Create Echelon Armour, you would need at least 200 skill between Theurgy and Goetic Investiture, as well as at least 100 in your Smithing skill.
The unlocking requirements follow the same pattern as for invocations (using Discipline mainly, with the extra skill of Biology, Psychology or Cosmology) and realizations (using Order Affinity and Eideturgy mainly, with the extra skill of Find Weakness, First Aid or Orienteering).
