The River Tethys is inside a large rock. It's a 3D map and is pretty dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. If you decide to visit, make sure you can either climb, swim, or fly. Otherwise, you're gonna have a real hard time.

Location
The River Tethys can be reached through a variety of ways, but it can be entered from the Prime plane via a hoop of fire deep inside a cave called Tainaron.
