Unlike many items in the game, there is not a line explicitly describing the quality of these items, but rather, it appears as a part of the description, usually in the first line. The range here is "well-crafted", "finely-crafted", "exquisitely-crafted", and "perfectly-crafted".

This is a finely-crafted circlet made from twisting bands of golden steel. This is a noctid, a circlet forged by the rachnei Wikspisk and enchanted with harmonizing ordered energies.
