Standard Information
The alliance between human, dracon, and dragon in Partos is an unusual, and possibly fragile one. There are dangerous rumours expanding - rumours of great discontent between the races. One particular rumour, which few dare to spread, is that of a conspiracy in Partos. The guards in the castle are always alert, maybe they have heard of something.

Go north of the king, you can either wait for the assassin to spawn and kill him for the parchment or press the 'dragon' or 'first' stone which will transport you to a lair with some conspirators who will attack you. One will also have a parchment. Take this evidence to the king.
The invaders have arrived outside, so head back north and enter the dragon's lair again and defeat him. Returning to the king will complete the quest.
