[Effect     : ] The Cleric places the blessing of his/her/its deity upon the
                 target.  Casting bless on a person has been known to grant 
                 bonuses to stats.  Casting bless on an item will surely
                 increases its effectiveness.
[Notes      : ] In order to learn bless one must first find the scroll that
                 contains the spell.
