The ability of zenunim to manipulate and lure mortals into unwise pacts with qlippotic powers (or simply into being a food source) is considered near-mythic, even amongst other demons. While much of this might be rightfully attributed to the remarkable beauty possessed by most zenun, the power of yauouv takes these advantages and amplifies them to the fullest potential.

Achieving yauouv involves entering a heightened state of eager openness and projecting that emotion outward. This state provides the zenun with a near-supernatural perceptiveness towards social cues and certain autonomic responses displayed by those around them and the heightened ability to control those responses within themselves. As a result, zenunim who have engaged yauouv display an enhanced aptitude for social situations and navigating interactions with others to produce benefits for themselves while disguising their true intentions.
