Bupu, the runtlings' link to the outside world, needs to present the deed to the Shrieking Siren before the Losthaven Administration. She needs you to locate this deed and bring it to her.

• 5s, 3e, eu, s, ei, d, all south
• kill everything (guards may slam the door in your face when you try to enter.. kill them)
• "pry column with <some sort of slashing weapon – not wooden>"
• go all north (same deal with door), kill everything in sight
• when everything in the north throne room is dead, unlock chest with key
• most of the time a ghost named Baaron will appear and try to kill you
• The Baaron is strengthened by necromantic attacks, and can destruct wielded weapons! If you do not have spells or unarmed attacks that can harm him, try wearing fetishes, phylacteries, lightning amulets and/or electrum circlets.
• get all from chest
• 2s, u, w, ne
• give deed to Bupu

• If you drop the sheet (the deed) it will turn into ash and vanish.
