These creatures are called loamota, a small and highly<br /> adaptable creature that typically floats in the atmosphere of Illani. They are often observed by<br /> planar travelers, as they have a tendency to get caught up in Umbral currents and drift to various<br /> planes, settling into small, living, cloud-like clusters of moon dust. Loamata are generally<br /> avoided as pests; in small numbers they can be noxious to the touch, and in large numbers they can<br /> even be deadly. It appears to be composed of a few thin streamers of emptiness, a few thin wisps<br /> of blackness, and a few thin wisps of surging radiance.
