Mestoph is an aged, balding man, and what hair remains is ghost white. His
face and body are covered in wrinkles. Despite his ancient appearance, a fire can
still be seen in his hazel eyes. Mestoph is easily two hundred years old. He is
also one of the most powerful mages ever to roam Barsaive. He has been trapped in
Terrace for over a century, ever since the defeat of the horror Jenneliz. He has
imprisoned himself in Terrace to watch over the horror. Although his physical body
is not capable of leaving this prison, his psyche is free to move across the
planes. He has kept in contact with Mettik of Jhan. Though he lost this contact
for a century and a half following the citadel's planeshift, which hurtled the
