		+	Seems there is some factor for scaling spec access into skills that you have autodidacted. For example, I have martial arts autodidacted to 1, and immediately my spec access was 2. After a few weeks had passed, my spec access for martial arts is now 4 even though I still have only autodidacted it to 1. May be based off of yrnhhngr.
