Looking like nothing more than a simple, overgrown weed, the scatheweed is
an ambush hunter among the world of the carnivorous plants. It appears to be
an innoucuos plant that has managed to survive in desolate conditions, until
it attacks its prey. At that point, it becomes obvious how the plant was able
to survive in soil that had been depleted of nutrient--by killing animals and
drawing nutrients from the blood spilled unto the soil. The jagged edges of
its leaves help to slice apart its prey, and its tentacles are strong and
dextrous enough to grind bones down into powder. It has a webwork of
sparkling light within and around it.
It looks about one and eleven twentieths dimins across and three and
seventeen twentieths dimins tall.
It is in good shape.

Its limbs are named right branch, left branch, upper right vine, upper
left vine, trunk, lower right vine, lower left vine, and root. The scatheweed
