General-Use Command<br />
Usage: tell [<person>[@<host>] [and <person>...]] <message> [to <person> [and<br />
<person...>]] [in <language>]<br />

Send a message to a specific person or group of people only. The targets can be<br />
anywhere in the MUD. The language is optional; if not added, the message is sent in<br />
your primary language. The people you are trying to send the message to can be<br />
specified either at the beginning of the message or, using 'to <whomever>', at the<br />
end of the message, as shown in the examples.<br />
<br />
'tell' is an out-of-character communication method (despite its use of language<br />
support). It is provided as a convenience for the player, rather than as an in-theme<br />
capability of your character.<br />

Examples: tell Bob Help me with this giant! in Dethek<br />
tell Bob and Ray Hi there guys!<br />
tell Hi there guys! to Bob and Ray<br />
