This is a female human with white skin, black hair, and hazel eyes. Those
privy to the secrets of the Shadow Tower know of the individual the Shadow
Lord Kalyxes refers to as his Bellatrix Umbrae, a young human woman whose sex
itself is a mystery to most, with her habit of concealing her athletic form
beneath loose robes. Even to the knowledgeable few, little is known about her
true origins, though some claim to have seen an uncharacteristically wistful
expression on Kalyxes's face as his gaze fell upon her; what is known is that
she appeared one day as a swaddling infant, and was trained from that day
forward to be the consummate warrior, studying under masters brought from
lands near and far, nursed and weaned upon shadow magicks. It is a rare day
when she cannot be found, by a sufficiently trained eye, in the shadows near
Kalyxes, serving as his silent and ever-vigilant bodyguard; and on those rare
days, it is whispered that she also serves in the capacity of assassin. She
is permeated by a dim sparkling light. She has a few thin wisps of surging
radiance within and around her.
