Hank knows it isn't easy maintaining a clean and litter
free realm. So he has devised a few simple rewards for
your efforts. Give him tokens and he gives you cash.
Seems simple enough. Occasionally, when you turn in a
token, he might have something useful he's found while
emptying a trashcan and he'll give it to you. Don't
expect much though, one man's treasure is another man's
garbage after all.

While you are in Hank's crew of Garbage Dwarves, he will keep
track of how many tokens you've turned in. Just ask him about your
'credit' or 'rewards' and he'll give you a rough estimate.
