General-Use Command
Usage: say <message> [to <person> [and <person>...]] [in <language>]
Prefix Aliases: ', "

Says a verbal message which will be heard by everyone in the same room. If you do not specify a language to use, you will speak in your primary language.

Examples: say Do you know where the orcs are?
say This MUD is really great. in Dethek
'Do you want to help me kill the giants?
'say Hello! in Anglic
