OOC Incarnos-Only Rating Display
Usage: show deflection rating with <what>

Displays your deflection rating with the specified weapon or defense-capable limb, with respect to your current opponent, if any. The deflection rating determines how well the weapon or limb can be used
defensively to block, parry, or deflect attacks. Each general factor affecting your deflection rating will be listed, along with a running total.
