General-Use Command
Usage: sing <song> [to <person> [and <person>...]] [conversationally] [in
<language>]

This command works generally the same way as 'say', except that the
message is sung rather than spoken.
The 'conversationally' option lets any recipients who might interpret what
you're saying as a command know not to do so.
Examples: sing Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it's off to work we go! in Dethek
sing Oh, I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay...
