Spell points represent your character's spiritual energy, and are used up by
various activities such as use of guild abilities and spellcasting. They
regenerate with time, and some items may restore them faster. Using the 'rest'
command brings your spell points back faster, and the higher your channeling
skill, the faster they regenerate.
