		+	There certainly seems to be SOME sort of connection between gem types. For instance, Twilight Iouns are nearly always Onyx. Others--like Feline Grace, as you mentioned--stick to tiger eyes. I believe that the variations we see in some iouns are due to this:
		+	There simply aren't enough enchantment types among the Iouns to cover the massive list of gem types/colors/etc. I believe that when a player creates an Ioun with the charm from a gem that is not directly linked to a particular enchantment, it chooses one randomly for that gem. This is only my theory though... If anyone knows some concrete information from the devs, drop it here!
