Thrown weapon enchant does not work

Fixed
This seems to be fixed thanks to Elronuan, and is a pretty impressive charm - on throwing, the enchanted weapon releases a discharge attack of various damage types that are mixes of unholy, ordered, and others. --Kaballah 11:00, 25 February 2011 (EST) With some skill development, a caustic effect (poison, damage over time) comes into play.
