   This spell is a somewhat strange variant on wind blast, as it isn't clear that there is such a thing as wind or air per se on the umbra.  It carries 
   umbral mana along a separate gust of reified air.  This is one of a handful of spells accessible to those with familiarity with umbral meteorology.
