The Bay's Armour Shop
A huge counter sits on the south side of this room opposite the entry. Behind the desk are a number of large shelves used to store the wares in this armour shop. The atmosphere here is cold, precise, and well laid out. The area is reasonably well-lit. Frankie is here.
