Implacable is a large, overweight blue-skinned imp with small, piggish
black eyes.  He seems to be the local sheriff.  
    He looks about nine and a twentieth dimins tall, two and seventeen
twentieths dimins wide, and seven tenths of a dimin front to back.  
    He is in good shape.  
    He wears a silver star on his chest.

Implacable yawls, *Y'all ain't no lawbreakah, are yuh, <adventurer>?* at you in squeakingly-accented Anglic.

Implacable smiles broadly.

Implacable pats his silver star.

Implacable looks drunk.

Implacable belches.
