Outsider Skills
The control over reality gained by the Outsiders is not without considerable practice, and the two main areas of study that the Outsiders devote themselves to are spatiomancy and chronomancy, the magickal manipulation of space and time, respectively, both of which are greatly enhanced by the pattern images they bear.
The power over space is dominated by the skill of spatiomancy and the Outsider's perception, while power over time is dominated by chronomancy and willpower. However, the studies overlap, and skill in one field gives one a slight boost to the other field, just as space, time, and reality are all interlinked.
The level of both powers can be ascertained by the power 'phase info'. It has been noted that some races have a considerably greater inclination towards both fields.
