Solve the Catelius Minor
Standard Information
The mage Kalliar, lord of the Castle Phantasmal, is known a passion for puzzles -- in particular, life-sized ones. His creations can be found throughout the land. One of the three Catelii, the Catelius Minor, lies within Losthaven. Find it and solve it.

Notes
This is a fairly simple puzzle quest. From Losthaven square, go 3 south, 5 west and one north. You'll find a human there by the name of Fannion. If you bribe him, he will tell you of othe other Catelius. The entrance to the Catelius is east of Fannion.
The basis of it is simple. You have a 3x 3 grid. Each grid contains a representative of one of two races. If you slay one of these individuals, he shifts into the other race. The adjacent squares also change to the opposite race. The purpose is to get all of the grid squares to contain the same race.
