The ability to speak and comprehend Takargu, a guttural language native to goblins and related species. As with Angrak, more civilized peoples often understand Takargu only because of their species' long, involuntary familiarity with goblinish races. Takargu is a tongue somewhat like, but distinct from, Angrak; perhaps illustrative is that the concept that Angrak has the most words for is 'kill', whereas the best-expressed idea in Takargu is 'steal'.
