This creature has three separate anthropoid upper bodies merging together
at the waist into a single lower torso and set of legs. The head on its
foremost torso has brown eyes and blonde hair. Its legs are
disproportionately massive, apparently to cope with the tremendous load of its
upper body. You recognize it as a geryon. These beings are thought to have
been created through sorcerous combination of ogre stock with some lower form
of life, resulting in a freakish anatomy, even lower intelligence than that of
an ogre, and vicious aggressiveness. The original goal of the hybridization,
if in fact that is how geryoi came to exist, is not clear.

Interesting facts about geryoi:
They are very resilient.
They have a spitting attack, which is either poison or acid.
They can be found once in a long while in Halfmoon Bay as thugs or citizens and possibly in Sanctuary as well.
