You feel your mind and soul reel from a brief contact with the divine, and realize that you have been chosen to serve as Eosphoros's champion.
The office gives a large boost to Goetic Investiture, Piety and the various Power skills Also grants +25% lens energy regeneration. Perhaps some other buffs... High talent pop chance for the first time player receives office. Unknown if it's a guaranteed pop for psi races.
