Isskarazh the Great Mother of Dragons

This is a female dragon with green scales and bright yellow eyes.  You recognize her as the
manifest form of Isskarazh, the Great Mother of Dragons, the primal kathexon regarded as the
progenitor of all dragonkind.

thirty-seven dimins tall.
