Tissue Hardening

This skill represents the adaptation of one's body to resist being damaged by sharp edges, with the flesh and bone becoming harder and more ready to deflect sharp points and resist being cut. The higher this skill, the more resistant one is to slashing and stabbing damage, but the more vulnerable one is to crushing, force, and sonic damage.
