    Usage: perform breathe [at <target>]

    Attacks the target with your breath weapon.  Your breath weapon uses the phlogiston created by
your phlogiston glands, which normally ignited into fire upon expulsion, but which can transform
into a number of other essences in the bodies of those infused with esoteric energies.
