One and three tenths times your skill in entropy affinity will improve your combat ratings all-around when your Et in Arcadia Ego achievement is active and when you have died recently.

Hushed
You have achieved rank IV in the achievement Hushed. Points in Hushed are earned by fighting while mute. The Hushed achievement, when active, will grant you eight degrees of specialty access to your introspection skill.
