The smallest of the shapeshifter forms, and one of the most useful. Often a shapeshifter will use this form in order to span a great chasm, or fly home to the guild hall. In order to prevent an easy death, the parakeet can emit a <peep>ing sound that will cause many of those who hear it to stop fighting.
