Perform Wand Fire Volley

A Wandslinger of who has taken three hundred steps towards his ka and who is sufficiently skilled in enchantment can force his wand to discharge in rapid succession, sending a volley of wand fire upon his hapless opponent. This takes some spiritual energy, and it drains a wand of charges more quickly than firing them one at a time, but it is an extremely deadly technique despite these limitations.
