Impound is a large, burly brown-skinned imp with a somewhat blank
expression on his face.  He seems to be the sheriff's chief deputy.  
    He looks about ten and a half dimins tall, three and three tenths dimins
wide, and four fifths of a dimin front to back.  
    He is in good shape.  
    He wields an oaken club in his claws.  He wears a silver star on his chest.
