Metacreativity 

   Class: Psionic Skills
   Attribute: Willpower
   Pedagogy: Procedural
   Hidden Skill

The ability to generate mass and energy by the translation of psionic power into those forms. Metacreativity is among the most powerful of psionic capabilities, but is also among the most dangerous; the forces it brings forth can be difficult to control.
