Illuminate

The ability to Illuminate is very important, for those who are Illuminated reap many benefits, being generally stronger, faster, smarter, and all-around better than ordinary people. One may either choose a specific person to illuminate, illuminate one's immediate area (providing light; clever, no?), or choose 'all', which does both. You may subtitute 'me' or 'myself' for a target if you wish to cause yourself to be Illuminated. One's skill at the art of enchantment improves the strength of one's illumination considerably.
