This is a male thond with gray skin, white hair, and blue eyes.  He is
Gwalin, the runemaster of Kolond.  His knowledge of runes and rune magick
surpasses almost everyone else in the world.  He spends his time in Kolond's
rune workshop when not making special items for the king.  He has a few thin
wisps of surging radiance and a webwork of sparkling light within and around
him.
