[Effect     : ] Minor Healing is surely a staple in any Cleric's list of
                 spells.  When casting this spell the target defaults to the
                 caster.  Minor Healing heals the target a small amount of
                 hit points at a small cost.  A given subject can only
                 benefit from one healing effect in a certain span of time,
                 so be careful not to use Minor Healing when a more powerful
                 effect is called for.
