    Requirement to Use: have at least 60 points among 100% of dirty fighting skill, 60% of
        brawling skill, and 40% of unarmed combat skill
    Typical Activity Cost: 17

    Attempts to gouge the eyes of the target, inducing temporary blindness.

Automatically available to any character meeting the use requirements.
