Death's Gate is at (3,3,3) River Tethys. You can also do "go 5e, n, 4w, n, u, w, e, d, 4e, n, 4w, n, 4e, n, e, 5w, e, n, 4e, u, 4w, n, 5e, 4w, n, 6e, n, 5w, e, n, 4e, n, 3w, e, n, 2e, u, 4s, 4n, e, 5s, e, s, u, w, e, d, 5n, s, e, 5s, e, 4n, s, e, 2s, 2n, u, s, e, s, e, 2w, s, 2w, 5e, s, e, 5w, e, s, 5e, s, e, 5w, e, s, 6e" from the Hoop of Fire in Tethys. (Flight is required - it is part of a speedwalk from Zak's Area Speedruns, so an optimized set of directions would be appreciated.

Make sure you can gain knowledge of the gate, whether via lens of insight or otherwise. Mounts, unless they have the gate identified, cannot enter, so you will have to dismount.
