The trait of gigantism is a physiological condition where the individual's growth continues considerably beyond that normal for an
adult of hir race.  While this can be seen as beneficial in some ways, it places stresses upon the body that it is incompletely
prepared to cope with, seriously affecting the giant individual's health.
