Description

     This remarkable gemstone sparkles with every color of the rainbow.  It is a smooth sphere in
 shape, about a fifth of a dimin across.  This is a coruscar, a rare gem formed by an extraplanar
 lifeform called a polypid, similar to the way in which oysters form pearls.  Its smooth spherical
 shape is common to all coruscars in their natural state, and its size is typical.  Beyond the
 value these gems have for their beauty and rarity, they are sometimes sought after by mages and
 alchemists for certain unusual physical properties they are said to have.  You estimate its value
 at about five hundred sixty gold.  
     It is in perfect condition.  
     It looks about a tenth of a dimin across.  It weighs very little.
