This large, carnivorous plant is known as a venascera, capable of
consuming entire corpses of prey as large as a fully grown human.  He does so
by trapping the victim, binding them tight within his tentacles, and then
forcing the prey into a large petal formation that mimics the functions of a
mouth.  These petals are lined with thousands of tiny barbs that rip the flesh
from the victim, delivering nutrients directly to where the venascera needs it
most.  This partcular method of acquiring nutrients has allowed the venascera
to grow and thrive in climates where nutrients are not available in the soil.
He has a webwork of sparkling light within and around him.
   He looks about four dimins across and ten dimins long.
   He is in good shape.

   His limbs are named head-bud, stem, upper right vine-tentacle, upper left
vine-tentacle, lower right vine-tentacle, and lower left vine-tentacle.  The
