General-Use Combat Maneuver
Usage: perform diving strike [at <target>]
Requirement to Use: have at least 75 points in flight skill, be familiar with diving strike, and be able to fly
Typical Activity Cost: 20

Dives at the target and strikes from above with tremendous momentum.
