Ordo Purus Magicae

You are a member of Ordo Purus Magicae, a cabal of magi devoted to the discipline of pure magick and thaumaturgy.

Like all magi, you require a handful of esoteric skills that will allow you to manipulate the arcane, as well as a deep reserve of spiritual energy. In addition to these skills and energies, you will use several techniques unique to an initiate of this order.

At the forefront of an initiate's focus is the study of the thaum. Thaumaturgy, the art of using mana to create magickal effects, is the most important skill for an initiate of the order. As such, all initiates must devote themselves to the constant pursuit of researching the arcane and the many mysteries of this world.

While the order lacks a formal rank structure, certain members reach such accreditation that they are universally considered Magisters. Even if such titles are honorary, it is advised for new initiates to heed carefully the words of Magisters and to not disrespect them.

Magister Magicus Nerus advises new recruits to initially work on their Thaumaturgy, Ergiphrasty and Evocation skills, to keep themselves from danger, at the very least.

   This is a robe made of shimmering gossamer.  The quality of its craftsmanship is excellent.
It seems constructed out of overlapping bands of light.  You recognize it as a large robe of the
shimmering circle, usually given to new initiates of Ordo Purus Magicae, it is used by magi of the
order to help with the regeneration of spiritual energy.
   It is in perfect condition.
   It is large in size, and looks just about right to fit you.  It looks about seventeen and a
half dimins tall, four and two fifths dimins wide, one and a tenth dimins long, and a tenth of a
dimin thick.  It weighs about seven twentieths of a dekan.
