The office gives a large boost to Goetic Investiture, Piety and the various Power skills
Also grants +25% lens energy regeneration. Perhaps some other buffs...
High talent pop chance for the first time player receives office. Unknown if it's a guaranteed pop for psi races.

Note: The affiliation requirements for the office are even more restrictive than Lightbringers. It has been observed that Drunkards are ineligible for the office.
