[ Usage      : ] cast greater melioration [on <target>]
[ Effect     : ] When greater melioration is cast, the target's
                 wounds will begin gradually but rapidly
                 healing, eventually reaching a massive 
                 degree of restoration.   If a target is not
                 supplied, the caster becomes the target.  A
                 given subject can only benefit from one
                 melioration effect at a time.
