- The perform command is a general facility used for carrying out a broad variety of maneuvers -- actions or action sequences, often combat-related, that your character has the ability to carry out. The syntax used is determined by each individual maneuver, but the most common form is 'perform <maneuver> [on <target>]'. The target generally defaults to one's current opponent in combat. Help is available on each maneuver; type 'help perform <maneuver>' for information. The maneuvers you can use are listed below.
Combat maneuvers:
diving strike [at <target>] elbow smash [on <target>] eye gouge [[on] <target>] falcon punch [on <target>] headbutt [[on] <target>] kick [[at] <target>] piercing talon [on <target>] punch [[at] <target>] rising torrent [at <target>] soaring uppercut [at <target>] tailslap [at <target>] <- need a tail uppercut [at <target>]
Social maneuvers:
playful kick [at <target>] playful punch [at <target>] playful tailslap [at <target>]
- Occasionally, other options will be available here, dependent upon race, guild, associations. Certain racial attacks such as breath weapons or acid spit would be found here as well.
- Most "generic" special attacks, particularly those granted by various empathic bonds familiars, can be fired with the following command:
Perform Special Attack Usage: perform special attack of <name> [at <target>] Performs the specified special attack, if you have one. If no target is specified, your current opponent is targeted.
